holiday. Our pickup and drop-off service
enables our customers to travel from
all parts of England with relative ease,
conveniently and economically.
For the benefit of our customers choosing
to take our pick-up and drop-off services
we have listed the points which should
be noted prior to your journey.
The pick-up points outside of London
are subject to availability.
WAITING TIME
SEQUENCE OF PICK-UPS & DROPS-OFFS
Due to circumstances beyond our control, there may be changes to
the pick-up timings listed - these are for reference only. If there are
any changes to your pick-up, we will inform you 12 hours before
your scheduled pick-up time. Due to congestion at ports of entry
and traffic conditions beyond our control, there may also be delays
in departure times for your preferred pick-up and drop-off.
Our representatives will communicate the details of the waiting
times to the parties concerned. On occasions where delays occur,
there may be waiting times of up to 90 minutes. Please consider
unexpected delays when booking onward Flight / Train / Coach
connections, as Star Tours cannot be held responsible for the loss
or costs associated with any missed connections / bookings you
may have.
The pick-up and drop off service is conducted to suit all of our
customers joining in UK. As our extensive range of locations span
the length and breadth of England, the order of the service must
be carefully planned. During your pick-up and drop off, you may
find that you will be travelling with other passengers who may
be travelling to different destinations. The sequence of pick-ups
and drop off’s will follow a pre-assigned route through the various
destinations. The pick-up and drop off service will be grouped
together as per the geographical locations. Please Note: that
routes will be diverged. If your invoice does not state a pick-up
time or states TBC, then please check with our sales team prior
to travelling.
PICK-UP / DROP-OFF POINT CHANGES
FOOD AND SERVICE STOPS
During scheduled pick-ups and drop-offs, passengers are advised to
carry water and food for their journey. The driver will not stop for
breaks outside of the legal breaks. In the mornings, when you
reach the point where you will join the group, the connection will
be immediate, and your tour will begin straight away. There may
not be a chance for those travelling long distances to freshen up or
have breakfast until the next available stop. As such, passengers
are advised to be prepared with comfortable clothing and a supply
of water and food for their journey.
TYPE OF VEHICLE
Your pick-up and drop-off service may be conducted using various
vehicles, including a car, minibus or regular coach. The vehicle type
will depend on the uptake of the particular pick-up/drop and may
differ in features from your tour vehicle.

You can change your pick-up point up to 10 days (21 days on
public/national holiday period) prior to departure free of charge.
Within 10 days it may not be possible to make changes to your
pick-up point. If the change is possible then there will be an admin
charge of £15 per traveller. Your choice of pick-up point will be by
default your drop off point. If there is any discrepancy between the
two, please inform our reservation team at the time of booking. Any
changes are subject to our approval; if no pick-up point is selected
at the time of booking, Perivale will be selected as a default pick-up
point. You must be present at the time advised, transfer vehicles and
coaches will not wait under any circumstances.
